It has a definitive taste, unlike many beers that I have sampled. Definite floral tones. Pours orange with a persistent white and foamy head. lithy (1750), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 16, 2009 Lightly hazy golden yellow-orange, lumpy sticky white foam. Fruity wet hoppy aroma, sappy. Taste is sweet, fruity, some light toast and pine sap, grapefruity hops. Lightly bitter. yemenmocha (421), Glendale, Arizona, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Dec 11, 2009 Pours slightly hazy straw color with contrasting white head.
Nose is citrus, focused toward lemon.
Palate is rather timid in terms of hop presence, very citrus-acidic but not the same amount of accompanying citrus flavor with the acidity. Some grapefruit. Has a macro-lager like characteristic that is unwelcome.
Light bodied. Watery. beersearcher (261), Glendale, California, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 9, 2009 This would make an excellent starter IPA for the introduction to bitterness. Nice orange color. A nice medium hit of hop hits you then it mellows out nicely. Finhead (87), Illinois, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 3, 2009 A cloudy orange pour with a medium white head. It has a citrus and pine hop aroma. The taste is pretty mild for an IPA. It starts sweet and then gets slightly bitter with a small aftertaste. beerguy101 (3946), Newark, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 2, 2009 Sampled on 12/2/09. This IPA pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, with decent retention and decent lacing. The aroma is malty and grapefruity, somewhat sweet. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and not all that sweet. The hops are grapefruity and citrusy. Not a lot of malt and not a lot of hops. The hop bitterness is not very well balanced by the malts so you are left with a crisp, dry bitterness at the finish. It’s a drinkable IPA but I wish it had some more malt sweetness. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is bitter. DJMonarch (6878), Northwich, Cheshire, England

Aroma: pineapple-hops, mild pine, malt, tiny amount of mango. Very nice.
Flavour: Hoppy and malty, fairly sweet with a nice bitterness to it. Perfumish with a candyfloss finish. Very unexpected, very delicious.
