slightly dark head with large bubbles, slight aroma with a roasted nut hint, watery coffee/carmel flavor with what seemed a little too mild vanilla/coffee hop finish.

Browns don't take the cake, but this is good within its style. The aroma, though mild, later suggested a bit of cherry to go along with the caramel base, with a touch of hops as well. The flavor, also mild, balanced off the sweetness rather decently. Drinkable, very respectable beer.

Orange/brown color with a small, but stable light tan head. Toffee aroma with a hint of chocolate and hops. Initial light sweetness leading to full out honey roasted peanuts/almonds. Some hops flavors, but not enough bitterness to balance the sweetness. Decent maltiness in the finish, but to much sweetness in the forefront.

Clean, malty nose, yet sort of weak in aroma. Malty, nutty, slight bitterness with a lingering sweetness in the finish. However, the flavor was too watery to be anything special.

Poured a nice brown with decent head. Aroma of chocolate and toffee was barely detectable. Decent flavor with chocolate, malt, and toffee shining through. A good brown.

Brown body, with a somewhat foamy light brown head. A light malt aroma, and nothing exceptional in either the flavor or finish here. Not in the same class as Rogue Hazelnut Brown.

Head is initially small, frothy, light brown, mostly diminishing. Body is clear medium brown. Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, nutty, toasted bread). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Good brown ale, fairly clean, pretty much to spec. Uninteresting, but no real flaws. Pretty much the definition of average.
