Redhook Raspberry Tripel

4/4/09 on draft at the Exbeerience. Aroma is very sweet with a true crushed red fruit note. Appearance is very hazy pink copper with a moderate white head. Flavor is very fruity sweet/sour with a low tartness that actually balances the brew. Mouthfeel is medium/full bodied with medium carb feeland a lot of warmth. Overall, it’s sweet and a bit on the ’true fruit’ side, but worth tasting by anyone.
