Commercial Description:
Slim Chance ale combines the best attributes of a crisp, refreshing ale without the extra calories. Golden kilned malt and a touch of wheat create this smooth, satisfying ale that is not your typical light beer.

A light golden appearance on this one. The aroma is of corn and lemons. The flavor is not offensive in any way but not good in any way either. This is the most neutral beer ever. Nothing bad or nothing good to say. So I say give it exactly a median score of 2.5 and move right the hell on!

12 oz bottle, drunk straight from bottle. Aroma is mild malts, grains. Flavor is grains, slight sweetness, touch of hops. A pretty refreshing beer.

TAP: clear yellow pour, minimal head. Mild wheat/grain nose, no body to speak of. Not bad, but not good either.

(12oz bottle, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a clear yellow body with a spare white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma of corn, mustiness, stomach acid, light grain, and wet hay. Flavor of toasted grain, cereal, and light honey.

Tasted at the San Diego International Beer Festival. Clear yellow with a fizzy head. Faint malty aroma. Dry cereal grain taste.

In the bottle from HyVee CB. Well, the best compliment I can give this is that it does not suck. Bright medium gold (Not pale like macro swill) with a quickly dying white head (just like macro swill). Smells more like a German helles than it does like a BMC rice/corn bomb. This might be a half way decent marinade base. Finishes vey quick with nothing there.

Golden yellow color, well carbonated with a well diminished head. Malty, spent grain aroma. Slight hop flavor, smooth malt texture. Crisp semi-dry light body. Decent lawnmower beer, slim chance i would buy again.
