Pours amber with a nice white foamy head. Smells of cirsp, dry malt, bananas, cloves, coriander. Tastes dry and spicy with some banana hints, honey, some light fruitiness. Not a Tripel, but unexpected. I enjoyed this.

22 oz Bomber-Clear light amber color w/a slight white head. Light, sweet fruity aroma. Flavors of banana, light fruit, some colander/spice, maybe some fig, with a candied sugar, sweet malt backbone. Very smooth & easy to drink, not boozy, but alcohol was evident from the rich, full flavor. Had a little carbonation to it as well. This was very good, a lot better than I was expecting. Long, full finish; a pleasant surprise.

Clear copper body beneath a quickly diminishing white head. Active legs. Aromas of apricot, banana, sugar. A slightly harsh mouthfeel. Sweet like a tripel should be, however, the alcohol is much more in your face than most in this style. Also a hint of rotting fruit in the flavor. Drinkable, but less than desirable. The style pct score seems about right, or even slightly high for this beer.

Mouth is sweet malt with notes of burnt brown sugar, toffee, banana and clove, some vanilla as well. Bready malts dominate the finish with some boozy warmth. Not bad at all

Tap @ OBF... Poured orange with a white head. Not very boozy tasting for 10.2%. Foamy palate. Sweet, syrup acidity. Cloves and toffee and tea flavors before a yeasty finish.

On tap at the Flying Saucer in KC. Pours a clear, orange-copper body with a finger-width, creamy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is sweet with somewhat doughy malts, light flowery hops and a soft clove spicing, honey, and a bit of a banana fruitcake. Flavor is much more enjoyable than the somewhat weaker aroma. Sweet malts and some toffee up front with a nice burnt sugar, raisin taste. Good amount of leafy bitterness, spices, and other fruits before a slightly Belgian yeast, banana, doughy dry finish. Moderate aftertaste of slightly burnt caramel, bread, fruits, and spices. Medium bodied and smooth. Overall, a decent tripel. Not a whole lot of depth, but tasty enough.

Looks like a a lighter amber lager, but taste surprisingly good. Rich clear copper color with a small head that doesnt last. Uncharacteristic of the style. Good carbonation without all that annoying belgian yeast stink and foam. pine citrus vanilla, and corriander aroma. Good malt backbone, and the sweetness is balanced perfectly by the hops. Good carbonation without being annoying. Starts off with a good bite and the flavor peaks just above mild. A great beer.

Flavor is sweet and malty with notes of candy sugar, banana, clove, spice, honey, caramel, some light fresh fruit notes. Generally medium body with a pleasing sweet, malty finish.
