Appearance: Pours a clear, bright brown body with a moderate, off-white head. Smell: The unfortunate aroma is formed by an offensive mixture of berries, soured citrus fruits, and dirty metal. Taste: Bland, plain-tasting malt flavor with a slight nuttiness to it. The small amount of hops present provide a bit of grassiness. Finishes sour and with the taste of stewed greens. Mouthfeel: Lackluster medium-thin body, with moderate carbonation and an exceedingly watery palate. Drinkability: Something to keep in mind: there are many far better winter beers. This one’s a total washout.

Robe cuivrée aux reflets rouges surmontée d’une mousse blanche qui s’estompe. Arômes légers de céréales. Saveurs légères de caramel. Texture crémeuse.

thin and substantial. layered with a malt and semi hop flavor that joust a bit with the flavorings and work well in the mix. a bit busy but not confusing. refreshing and could be drank most anytime of year. licorice flavor just perceptable and is woven in by craft (or perhaps good fortune). just a nice tart and short finish that lingers more on the mind. looks good in the pinter glass. bravo!

Pours amber brown, with a moderate, creamy tan head. Strong roasted malt aroma, with light notes of hops, and hints of fruity sweetness. Flavor is lightly creamy/roasty malt with a nice bitter finish. Palate is medium, with lingering roasty bitterness.

Reddish amber pour. Some pit fruit aroma dominated by metals and earth. False tasting. Copper and plastic. Fruit cocktail syrup aftertaste. Unpleasant - not worth drinking.
