Dec 16, 2005 Bottle. Pours a reddish amber with a light mocha head. I found this to be quite smooth and not with an overabundance of roasted flavors, but malty with a little hops. A little sweet, but enjoyable.

Dec 15, 2005 Has a spicy aroma that most winter brews have. Dark amber body with tan head. Body was thin not watered down but just a mild spice and bitter to it.

Dec 12, 2005 Bottle. Pours a Copper body with a small white head. Nose is surprisingly citrusy and semi-sweet. Light toasted malt notes as well. Taste is toasted malts, orange juice, light toffee, and a bit of caramel notes. Thin spiciness throughout this one. Body seems thin with light carbonation. Finishes with more citrus and light toasty malts.

Dec 11, 2005 Nearly brown body with a decent tan head. Aroma of citrus hops and malt. Roasted malt flavor with a quick dry hop finish. Nice, but I was hoping for a bit more.
