A darker golden colored beer. Extreme sweet malt aroma with no signs of hops. Flavor is more of the same, there is sweet malt and some adjunct corn flavor. If I didnt know better, I would say this beer was a malt liquor. No hop balance at all, and somewhat hard to drink because it was so sweet.

Whoa! Nice. Surprising complexity for a plain old lager. One could easily misjudge this and assume it to be as lame as most brewpub lagers, but Redondo Beach's brewpub sucketh not. Malty with some gentle hopping.
