Our 2004 Cyser Reserve is made with apple cider from Paonia, Colorado fermented with over 800 lbs of honey. A cyser is a honey wine made with apple cider, apple juice, or apples. This delicious beverage has warming notes of honey and apple. Perfect for sipping anytime of the year.

Dark gold with a rich honeyed apple nose. Flavor is a full on assault of semi sweet honey and rich apple tart. Medium bodied and slick throughout. The blend here is expertly crafted. Special thanks to David M for this tasty treat...
