Bottle 75cl. blue glass.
Clear white color with no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, juniper, moderate to heavy alcohol. Flavor is heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, perfume, bubble gum. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20091123]

Golden color, sweet floral aroma. Very citrus from the orange blossom. Similar to a fruity white wine. Overall refreshing.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear watery (light golden) - white bubble-edges. Sharpness, apples, juniper berries, light honey, sweetness, white sugar, light spicy, Jenka tykkegummi.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear pale yellow coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and honey with notes of berries. Sweet flavour of caramel, honey and berries. Sweet finish.

Clear yellowish with no head. Sweet fruity aroma with hints of honey. Flavour was sweet with honey, berries and nectar notes. Finished sweet with warming alcohol.

Bottled. pale yellow coloured. Clear. Small white head. aroma of honey, juniper, apple and pear. Flavour of honey, sweetness, apple and spice. A bit astingent. Appelish and sweet honey end.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is fruity and liht phenolic. Sweet fruity with a light herbal note. Sweet and honey herbal note in the flavoured. Mild spiced and dry phenolic from back of the nose. Sweet and fruity flavoured, light burned alcohol note.
