Clear white color with no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, juniper, moderate to heavy alcohol. Flavor is heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, perfume, bubble gum. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is moderate alcoholic. [20091123]

Bottle at Papsø. Clear pale yellow coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of caramel and honey with notes of berries. Sweet flavour of caramel, honey and berries. Sweet finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is fruity and liht phenolic. Sweet fruity with a light herbal note. Sweet and honey herbal note in the flavoured. Mild spiced and dry phenolic from back of the nose. Sweet and fruity flavoured, light burned alcohol note.
