jbye4334 (652), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Oct 2, 2009 (bottle). Clear, very light yellow color. Spare head. Light alcohol and fruit aroma. Fruity alcohol flavor. Avg duration. Light tart finish. Thin texture. Soft carbonation. Spare lacing. bigtaster (184), Grand Rapids, USA Jul 25, 2009 There is a surprising amount of tartness to balance the sweetness. Refreshing and no alcohol tastes. One of the better meads that I have had. luvpnkflyd (10), Kokomo, Indiana, USA Feb 11, 2009 This tastes entirely of Honey! Some meads you can’t really taste it, but this one is my favorite! FoolishMortal (965), San Diego, California, USA Feb 1, 2009 750mL bottle. Pale yellow gold color, thin film of white head. Tart, estery aroma. Heavy apricot flavor, with pear and apple. Reserved sweetness. Sharp finish with prominent yeast character. Mouthfeel is a light medium, somewhat dry. Acknud (770), Morganfield, Kentucky, USA Dec 27, 2008 Effervescent pale yellow with a sweet fruity aroma. Taste is of fruits, honey, very light on the tongue. NJBeerman013 (768), Trenton, New Jersey, USA Dec 4, 2008 On tap at The Shepherd and Knucklehead. Pours a light golden in color with zero head. It is very light and fruity - the apricot adds a nice fruit character to the honey flavor. The mouthfeel of this is almost still. I could drink this mead all day. NomDeBeer (398), Maryland, USA Nov 30, 2008 Pours a light gold color with bubbly, lively carbonation. Dry, fruity, mild ctrus flavor to compliment the honey. Alcohol is very well-hidden and this stuff is very smooth, light, and drinkable. boFNjackson (1233), Portland, Oregon, USA Oct 27, 2008 Tap @ Green Dragon... Poured a light golden with no head. Aroma was sour and yeasty and a lot like champagne. Very sweet and like an exaggerated sour ale with honey and low carbonation.
