Pours a light gold color with bubbly, lively carbonation. Dry, fruity, mild ctrus flavor to compliment the honey. Alcohol is very well-hidden and this stuff is very smooth, light, and drinkable.

Tap @ Green Dragon... Poured a light golden with no head. Aroma was sour and yeasty and a lot like champagne. Very sweet and like an exaggerated sour ale with honey and low carbonation.

Tap at Pap. Pulls a nice orange color. Smells and tastes more like peaches to me, as many apricot flavored items do. Slight orange as well in the flavor. Simple.

A light golden mead. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet with quite strong notes of oranges as well as honey - no wonder.

Bottle, fruity aroma, very light gold color. This is not a standard meade, that being said it is a great drinkable beverage. There is a hint of honey and citrus, serves well cold.

Pours a really light straw color with some fizzy carbonation that pools into a lively, active, white head. The body looks incredibly thin for a mead. The aroma shows light corn syrup, cinnamon, and non-descript, light fruitiness. I can’t even detect a drop of honey on the nose. Flavors are equally foreign to me, and not at all impressive. Sweet, corny sugar and light fruit (perhaps some pear, or maybe lychee) are all that I really pick up. Where is the honey? Easily the lightest-bodied mead I have ever encountered, taking on the consistency of carbonated sugar water. Finishes on the dry side. This one is as strange as they come. I’m not a fan.

Pours a clear yellow color, with a small off white head. Color resembled New York hose water. Smelled of Big Red gum, alot of cinnamon, with some trace of that apricot fruit as well. Kind of liked the smell. The flavor was pretty uninspiring for mead. Didnt really have any honey presence like a mead should. Was more fruity in the flavor, but had a twinge of that cinnamon taste as well going on here. Just a weird mead overall, not sure how I felt about it. It wasnt what i was looking for, but it wasnt entirely bad either.

sooo i’m going to rate this as the RateBeer.com style description dictates: i assume that this is not a good example of a mead, but it is so weird and drinkable--at least it is not too one-dimensional; primarily honey, apricot, mint, dirt, sugar, with some subtle carbonation... yup.
