Pours a slightly hued transparent water y body with a thin bubbly lacing. Pine sap and bark is all i get in the aroma. Malty cider with pine, and a hint of fruit, but i’m not sure what exactly. No honey, this was an odd ball. j12601 (1298), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 22, 2009 Bottle at Paul’s tasting. Pours a hazy light white to yellow. Really odd aromas, the smell reminds me exactly of a new vacuum cleaner. Plastic, pine needles, rubber. Weird fermented fruit. Tastes like fruit cocktail, pineapple, cherries, and pears, with carbonation. Finishes up with a light sweetness. jbye4334 (710), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 4, 2008 On tap at The Shepherd and Knucklehead. Pours a light golden in color with zero head. It is very light and fruity - the apricot adds a nice fruit character to the honey flavor. The mouthfeel of this is almost still. I could drink this mead all day.
