750 ml bottle. Pours a still shimmering light yellow. Floral honey nose with a touch of citrus. Prominent honey profile with fruity floral notes. Nice balance of sweet and tart with a slight warming in the finish.

Jan 4, 2009 Eh, I expected more from mead. This instead taste like a chardonnay with a little honey aftertaste. Not worth the price. I guess if you want good mead, you have to pay more for it. I would prefer Barenjager honey liquor. That’s a mouthful of honey and it’ll mess you up.

Nov 30, 2008 Alcohol is noticable in the aroma but not at all in the flavor - dangerously smooth and easy to drink; like apple juice really. Light but enjoyable body. Flavor is kind of boring and innocuous but still this is pretty good, very drinkable.

Oct 25, 2008 Honey nose (of course,) with hints of pear. Nice yellow pour. Sweet but not too sweet, Flavor matches nose almost oerfectly. Meads aren’t my cup of tea, but I enjoyed this one.

Sep 20, 2008 My first ever mead. I thought it was ok, but give me beer any day please! Yellow pour with a very strong aroma of honey(shocker!) and wildflowers. Flavor isnt as sweet or rich as I would have expected. Honey flavor is there, some slight tartness.
