Golden. Sweet aroma: corn and walnuts. The flavour is sweet and the buckwheat is clearly present - but it ends a bit disharmonic on a metallic note.

Bottle. Poured a clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma had notes of grain, bread, corn and a bit of a metallic note. The metallic note was also present in the flavor that had similar notes to the aroma.

Clear golden with a firm white head. Aroma is nuts, grain and cereal - much like I’d expect from buckwheat - with a slightly metallic edge. Flavour is sweetish buckwheat and caramel, somewhat watery, but refreshing and drinkable. A gateway beer for soda pop drinkers?

33cl bottle @ Refsvindinge. Pours clear gold with a small white head and no lacings. Nose is sweet of corn. Buck and wheat. Very thin palate. Citric and dry. Not good!

Courtesy of Yespr. Warm golden with an OK head. The aroma has sweetness, notes of buck wheat and flowers. The flavour has sweetness, notes of buck wheat, a light citrussy bitterness and even if it’s no "big" beer, it’s smooth, nice and charming.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a diminshed white head. Woody and dry malt aroma. Flavour is quite sweet, light toffee roasted note joining in and takes the flavours into the light roasted dry malty side. Ends with a smooth sweet flavour, minor bitterness.

Bottle. Pours yellow with medium head. Buckwheat and and some caramel in nose. Watery light body. Herbs and flowers in taste but its too weak and boring.

Ølfestival, DK Bottled Buckweed dominated aroma and flavor. It will never be my favorite grain
