Copper coloured slightly hazy ale. Lasting, dense white head. Sweet aroma and flavour with mild notes of smoke. Sugar sticky palate. Old school refsvindinge odeur in the aroma as well (YES!).

It is hazy, warm golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of smoke, light sweetness, yeast and banana. The flavour is sweet with notes of smoke, fruit (mostly banana), caramel and the finish is slightly spicy. It is an interesting and quite OK beer.

Bottle, at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body under an off-white head. Slightly smoked, grainy nose with a fruityness to balance it. Sweet, fruit-syrupy flavor with some smoke in the background. Medium body. The finish has the same sweet, fruit-syrupy flavor found initially, as well as some smoke and a little bitterness. Quite nice, but a tad on the sweet side maybe. (090517)
