Jun 6, 2007 Courtesy of Papsoe. Thank you, Henrik. The aroma is caramel, chocolate and cocoa accented with some light raisin and roast notes. It pours dark brown, but settles black with a diminishing tan head. Very chocolatey with some mild marzpian and vanilla notes. Watery through the middle before finishing with more sweet milk chocolate notes. Some very faint malt/cocoa powder notes in the aftertaste. The far aftertaste has some very mild cola notes. It’s a little watery tasting (not thin) but overall I really enjoy this.
