MiP (6742), Flensburg, Germany Jun 5, 2007 Updated: Jun 23, 2008Draught, 4.6% at KØ07 as Refsvindinge IPA. Clear golden colour, very small head. The flavour is quite thin, but with OK malt. Not bitter, and not my idea of an IPA, but still OK. Perhaps pale ale. 6 3 6 3 15

Bottle at ÅBF08. Weak hop aroma. Slightly buttery flavour, and quite grainy. The hops save it a bit but they are unfortunately also a bit sourish. Clear golden colour. Small white head.

Straw, large ice-cream float head. Bready, malty, grainy and hoppy aroma. Slightly vegetal hint to the malty grainy taste, but not unpleasant. Pleasant and well-balanced. Very refreshing. Excellent thirst-quenching pilsner. mirjukka (483), LOHJA, Finland Aug 11, 2008 bottle at One Pint Helsinki EXP 21/03/09
