ChristianScheffel (2331), Odense, Denmark Oct 25, 2008 Clear dark golden with a decent head. Aroma is malty with a little herbal hops. Quite sweet, with malt flavour and a fruity note (like most of the brewery’s lagers). Rye spiciness is hard to define, but there is definitely something unusual going on. Well brewed and very drinkable.

Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Nose is very grainy - lots of hay & corn. Reminds me of german pils. Palate & mouthfeel is thin. Taste is pretty much rye/grain! Too watery! fonefan (6153), Ulfborg, Denmark Dec 7, 2008 Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear light to medium amber orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, apple notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [130908] Skinnyviking (3024), Copenhagen, Denmark Dec 4, 2008 Bottle. High and lasting white head. Clear amber body. Honey peach aroma. Weak rye flavor and only a little hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste. HenrikSoegaard (3360), Randers, Denmark Nov 20, 2008 Bottle. frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty dark bready aroma. Rye very present. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate buitter finish. Watery palate. Strange but interesting beer where you fully notice the presens of the specialty grain (rye)
