330ml bottle. Hazy/cloudy reddish orange body with a really small white head. Aroma is fruity, some strawberry but not dominating. Flavor is fruity and very refreshing, a bit acidulous but almost no impression of strawberry. Thin and watery body.

Amber with a decent head. A faint note of strawberries can perhaps be detected in the aroma but there is none to be found in the actual flavour. Instead there is hay and caramel, in other words this is a normal lager.

[Sampled in 2004.] A nice beer with a nice taste, but where are the strawberries. Thirstquencher!

I imagined that this would be reddish - but no. It’s plain golden and the head is white. The aroma is hoppy and malty, and it has some vague and unclear notes, that COULD be berries. The flavour is pilsner-like and I get the thought: Why aren’t there any strawberries in MY beer :(( When I was almost through the finish I actually found a brief moment of weak strawberry flavour. It’s not bad, but I had looked forward to having a nice, strawberry beer, and as such it’s very disappointing.
