Ungstrup (11933), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 20, 2003 A dark yellow beer with no head. The aroma is brewmashy. The flavor is wheaty with a flat sweetness. Not much like a danish hvidtøl - pretty bitter - but too thin. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 8, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) In spite of being only a light pilsener this almost has the body and the flavour of a standard pilsener. Dark golden, almost no head and the typical flat Refsvindinge carbonation. Pronounced hoppiness. Not bad for its type. 220999 omhper (11033), Stockholm, Sweden Jun 13, 2002 Golden coloured. Fruity aroma. A bit smokey. Light body, bitter finish. Good for a low alcohol beer, but untidy is a good description. yespr (8544), Copenhagen O, Denmark May 30, 2007 CBF07 sample from 33 cL bottle. Pours yellow golden, little head. Aroma is soft malty. Flavour is soft malt with a slight fruit note. Finish is soft refreshing. No bitterness again. Oakes (7047), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Dec 9, 2000 Fruity, untidy, unkempt beer. Thin body, cidery notes, and a lack of either malt or hops. Drinking this is like having dinner with someone who hasn’t showered in three weeks.
