Draft @ Fynske Øldage. Grainy aroma, with notes of very sweet brew mash. Almost completely black body, with a rocky tan head. Sweet and grainy flavor. A decent hvidtøl.

(Bottle 33 cl) My first attempt with this beer ended disastrous. It exploded in my beer closet while I was away holidaying, soaking the wall of my downstairs neighbour. Well, he was Australian and took no offence when I explained that the brown, sticky fluid was just beer. Wall had to be painted though
Dark brown with a tan head and a heavy carbonation. Weird, acidic off-flavours making this one taste a bit like a mushroom-stew boiled in gueuze. It’s really hit or miss with Refsvindinge, their batches differ so much in quality but they seem to bottle just about everything. 051200

Bottled: Dark red/brown coloured. Almost no head. Sweet and sugary. Is light roasty and sweet. A bit cloying in the end as almost every of these "Hvidtøl". But one of the better ones.
