(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Discreet aroma: slightly sweet, pale malt-character with a touch of honey and shy hoppy notes. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied, smooth on carbon. Malt-accented taste with a subtle fruity tinge and light herbal hoppy notes; sweet malty and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Not too fat and quite rounded pale Bock (28.03.07).

Bottle: Golden coloured, mid-sized, a bit lacing white head; shy, clear aroma: a bit of everything, sweet-malt, honey, hops, wood; solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium-bodied; subtle fruitiness in the malty, bitter finish. A "shy", but good Bock with well hidden alcohol........

Clear golden coloured, small head. Dusty aroma, very dry flavour. Totally not my thing.

Clear yellow color, short white head. Aroma of alcohol, some malt, bit floral. Bit sour and metallic taste. Quite like an oktoberfest beer, a style which i usually don’t like, and this time i also did not like it.

Very malty and apple aroma. Golden, small white head, fair lace. Very light sweet, strong bitterness which is a bit metallic, hint of apple, light for a bock.
