Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (150208) pivnizub (4181), Porúří, Germany Dec 3, 2006 Bottle: Reddish-amber coloured, small foamy layer; sweet-fruity (black berries) and dark-malty nose; moderate sweetish flavour, medium bodied; moderate - again - sweet-bitter finish with a touch of metal and vegetables: Not very impressive, not very tasty, but quite well drinkable, nevertheless.......... MoritzF (4046), Ruhrpott, Germany Oct 24, 2006 (bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a medium-sized beige foamy head. Sweet, dark-malty, slightly roasted aroma with caramel and light spicy hop notes. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Strong malt-accented taste with caramel and dense notes of dried fruits; sweetish malty and light bitter finish. Not that convincing for a dark Bock.
