Dark yellow colored, hazy appearance. Medium sized white head. Rich aroma with fruits and yeast, mild spiciness and some sweet bubblegum also here. Medium bodied, soft palated. Flavor is also nice with fruity banana note, yeast lasts in soft and sweet aftertaste. Good one, maybe some refreshing carbonation missing.

Bottled. Hazy orange/golden colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is wheat, yeast, mild notes of citrus. Flavour is wheat, yeast, mild rubber and some hints of citrus fruits and clove.

0.5 l bottle. Hazy yellow color with thick head. Vanilla, clove and pepper in the aroma. Heavy clovey and peppery flavor with some yeasty and bready notes. Long clove finish. Clove and pepper flavor is too tangy.

Draught at the brewpub: Pale golden, nearly clear, firm creamy white head; shy wheaty-fruity nose with a faint, but distinctive touch of herbal hops and a touch of barnyard, too; moderate sweetish flavour, but also hoppy, light bodied; bitter-barnyardy traces in the fruity-sourish finish. Interesting, rural Weizen.........

Draught at the brewery’s restaurant. Weak banana aroma, some citrus, not that good. Hazy orange colour. Small white head. The flavour is OK refreshing, mostly citrus with the banana showing itself mostly in the aftertaste.
