Ungstrup (11933), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 24, 2005 A hazy amber beer with a white head - I’m surprised (not) by the color.... The aroma is sweet yeasty combined with fruity notes, where peaches stand out. The flavor is sweet yeasty and again with notes of peaches, but also a slight hint of metal - is it the alcohol? Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 23, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Pretty amber coloured with the same, still impurities as found in the "Grand Cru". Flavourwise a bit weak, some malt but lacks both body and character. Some late hoppiness, but I’d expected more. 010298 omhper (11033), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 12, 2005 Bottled. Amber colour.
