Ober (187), Best, Netherlands May 16, 2008 A hazy amber colored beer, with a nice white foamy head. It has a nice aroma of sweet fruits and hops. A little honey and yeast.
The taste has caramel and orange fruits. A nice bitternes with a little dry after taste.
Grovlam (2900), Copenhagen, Denmark Jun 14, 2008 Bottle. Huge light beige thick creamy head that really lasted. Good display of lacework I must say. Cloudy sparkling golden almost amber like color. Aroma of spice, fruit, yeast, caramel. Over the palate came light toasted smooth malty notes, hint of soap like and again the spicy-coriander-pepper feel with some underlying fruity and yeasty tones. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild alcoholic and light spicy burning texture. Moderated sweet and mild bitter flavor. Sweet malty finish with a pepper like almost mild chili lingering end. Very nice and very drinkable. borisz (112), Netherlands Jun 7, 2008 beer like on the picture. Hazy amber color. Great white head. Very nice drinkable. Dry martinboer (1243), Amsterdam, Netherlands Jun 7, 2008 Bottle from Bier Koning. Nice amber body. Sweet nose.
