Bottle: Deep golden coloured with a small, lacing white head; distinctive hoppy and light toasted-malty nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour; light bodied for a beer of 5.5% ABV; becomes drier towards the aromatic-bitter and malty finish. Very well quaffable stuff..........

(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a short, slightly off-white frothy head. Sweet, honey-ish malty, slightly toasty aroma with a nice herbal hoppy blend. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied, smooth carbonation. Malty, bready and moderately toasty taste, herbal notes from the beginning; lasting sweet-bitter finish. Quaffable, a bit rural Festbier.
