Lots of carbonation from this Kolsch. Aroma of sweet hops, warm bread, citrus, and mild grain. Taste of vanilla beans, sweet malts, and honey. Mouthfeel is smooth and crisp with a dry finish. Aroma of grain, light fruits and hay, mildly bready. Taste is light as it should be, with grain, bread, light fruity hints. Light bodied and crisp, with a very light hop bittering finish. Poured a pale golden with very little head which dissipated nearly completely. Aroma of sweet malt. Clean refreshing sweet malt taste along with Tostitos (?) Very good, just not too appealing in apprearance.
