Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours very bright golden, shiny and clear body with rather gentle effervescence and moderate saturation. Head is frothy, snowy white, initially small but firm and lasting, there is rather no lacing. Body is metallic like, shiny.
Aroma: Very similar to a good quality Plermium Lager but has more noble and higher hoppy profile being flowery, perfumy and gently floral but not strongly or essentionally herbal, gentle juicy and toffee - whipped cream maltyness, simple but good in quality. Denoting top - fermented characteristics.
Flavour: Tatally no saltyness or chalkyness, very clean, pure, refined, gentle flowery nose and pure thin grains drafted on palate, gentle dryness and astringen. Truffle like accents from hops and gnaffy whipped cream, toffee maltyness. Finish duration is short.
Palate: Body is light, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is soft to mederate, finish feel is flat, shallow, slightly astringent.

Bottle. Golden beer with strong head. The aroma is lightly bitter and the flavour is yeasty, dry and slightly fruity. Overall a nice beer.

(Bottle). Sweet malty aroma with a touch of hops. Pale golden in color with a white bubbly head. Exceptionally clean flavor profile, with mild fruit and breadiness. Very clean finish.

A bubbly yellow gold body supports a pure white fluffy head in an Ayinger altbier glass... a bit of hops and a bit of wheat to aid the smoothness with little complexity, as per the style-- this is one SUMMER SLAMMING beer! Slightly creamy, soft, medium-bodied offering--I like its presenceand the subsequent effortless drinkability... strong metallic malts, almost pilsneresque... slight fruitiness, but not overt... a bit bready too... as Michael Jackson calls this a "delicate" style, I too find little difference between this and others, whether it be Gaffel or Saranac... but this isn’t a bad thing, knowing the style’s limitations and the pleasant drinking rewards...

draft. surprised at the low ratings. i thought this was an extremely tasty kolsh. pours hazy gold. not much in the aroma department, but the taste brings in sweet bread, grass, and light malt. very clean and crisp but still packing solid flavors. palate was good as well - moderate carbonation, dry finish.

Pours with a small, fizzy, white head that goes quick. Yellow body. Aroma of corn, and some fruits. Taste is sweet, light corn and even lighter fruit. Fizzy mouthfeel.
