Courtesy of kmweaver. Clear, very pale body with a medium-sized white head. The nose is herbal and floral hops with a sweet, doughy honey malt. The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter with herbs, flowers, honey, cracker and a bit of dusty yeast. Medium/light body is soft with moderate carbonation. A bit more attenuation would have been nice, but this is still good stuff.

500mL bottle, purchased relatively fresh (?) from a new beer store. Pours a bright, clear medium yellow color; huge, textured white head with foamy retention and lacing. Some mineral bitterness and lemon rind in the aroma; crisp and relaxed. Medium mouthfeel: average carbonation, cereal and some mineral bitterness and a touch of lingering sugar at the core; not quite as dry as I’d like to see it, but reasonably tasty and very drinkable. Medium finish, showing dry citrus and minerals and sugar.

Botella 500ml. Personalmente me cuesta terminarla, pero me pasa con casi todas las cervezas alemanas

Crisp clear golden with a medium white fluffy head. Very grassy and metallic aroma with some wet laundry like smell. Sweet and somewhat sour malt with less hop bitterness than expected. Some apple fruitiness. Really understated on the hops. Very balanced and mellow though.

Bottle. Malty, hint of chocolate. Clear yellow sparkling body, small white foamy head. Light bitter and sour, average duration. Light to medium body, dry texture, lively carbonation. Good Kölsch.

Draft at Ludwig’s Schnitzelhouse and Restaurant, Charlottesville. Slightly hazy gold color with a thick, creamy head. Almost as if it had been on nitro. Crisp clean taste with a slight sourness (not a bitterness). Not too terribly interesting, but good and easy drinking.

Crystal clear gold with hyperactive carbonation and a fluffy short lived white head. Appetizing quality malt and floral noble hop aroma. Light bodied but effervescent. Lightly fruity in flavor with malt, honey, hints of pear and current. Clean finish. Pretty nice stuff.

Slight spicy hops and sweet honey on the nose. Gold with a very slight orange hue. Clean honey sweetness, with a medium hop flavor. Very effervescent and refreshing. Nice finish. An excellent Ale substitute for a Pilsner.
