Dec 31, 2007 0.33 l bottle. Pale golden color with small head. Malty and slightly fruity aroma. Dryish malty flavor with medium bitterness, clean herbal hop flavor and hint of lemon. Highly carbonated. A bit on a heavier and hoppier side for a kölsch.

Dec 29, 2007 Pours brilliant light straw, highly carbonated, thin, lingering head. Fruity aroma, crisp, very dry in the mouth, balance of fruit and hops on finish.

Dec 27, 2007 This tastes like Coors Light or Rolling Rock. Straw color. Carbonated. Unremarkable. Weak. I don’t care much for Kolsches and this is no different.

Dec 21, 2007 The bottle looks not too bad, but not spectacular. The beer is very light, tastes very fruity, zippy, a very drinkable beer. Maybe the palate is for a Kölsch a little bit too intense.
