10 karat color with a small fizzy white head that diminishes to nothing. Aroma is candied citrus and lemongrass. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel...quite fruity. Medium mouthfeel.

Pretty nice appearance. Light bodied. Smells sweet. Grassy and grainy.. I taste some floral notes and this one finishes alittle tangy? Reminds me of wine for some reason. Not a huge fan.

Typical kolsch look. Smell is citrusy. Taste is a bit thicker than other kolsches. Grassy, grainy, and yeasty notes throughout the drink. Good balance in the beer. Enjoyable.

Pours golden with a decent sized creamy white head. Aroma is very faint light malts with hints of fruit. Flavor is light bready malts, with very light hints of fruit at the end. Not bad.

Several years ago, I actually had this one at their brewpub in Koln! This one was from a bottle locally. Pours a light brassy yellow color with a fizzy head with pretty good retention. Grainy, yeasty nose. Taste of clean light malt with notes of yeast and biscuits. Tangy finish of mild hops.

Bottled from Aachen, Color is light gold, with fluffy head, quite big, but disappears quickly, with big head. Nose is hops and malts. Aroma is the same, a bit sweet. Properly balanced, not watery as most Kölschs. As good as a Kölsch can be I guess
