This one was from a bottle locally. Pours a light brassy yellow color with a fizzy head with pretty good retention. Grainy, yeasty nose. Taste of clean light malt with notes of yeast and biscuits. Nose is hops and malts. Aroma is the same, a bit sweet. Properly balanced, not watery as most Kölschs. As good as a Kölsch can be I guess
