Aroma of wheat and lemon.Pours yellow with a white head that goes away quickly.Not much flavor maybe a hint of citrus.Very watery not much after taste.

Pours a brilliantly clear medium yellow with a firm white head. Dry, almost yeasty aroma. This is all about subtlety. The malt is present, but very light as are the hops. Very little fruitiness, but this doesnt taste quite like an lager either. A bit of dryness in the finish. Light body and light palate.

bottle, pours a deep straw color with a nice white head. not much aroma, sweet malts and yeasty breads. nice flavor, clean with a malt sweetness and mild hop bitterness. medium to thin mouthfeel with a dry finish. very similiar to a pils, but good all the same.

Recommended as the best "Kölsch"-beer by many cologne people. Long tradition... Little too thin, nice white head, sweet aftertaste, invigorating.

(Draught at Indian restaurant Maharadja, aroundthe corner from Malz Mühlen, Köln) Shady golden color, white head. Fresh mix of malty and fruity scent. Spicy and a bit acid taste. Low bitterness. A bit sour mouthfeel. Low sweet aftertaste.

500ml bottle. Color is a golden yellow color. Pours with a decent head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma is very grainy, grassy and bitter hops. Flavor is on the bitter side, with grassy/hay notes and some yeast and grains. Tastes very much like a combination of Miller High Life and Coors Lite. Not really a beer I would want to try again.

Bottle. Frothy white fair fully deminishing head. Ugly yellow colour. Moderate hoppy very grassy aroma, no hefe. Light bitter flavor, average finish. Creamy palate.

Cask @ Unkelbach, Köln 06. Pale golden color with a white head. A very ligth malty and sweet aroma with a light fruityness. Malty and fruity flavor with a weak hoppy finish.
