500 mL bottle. The beer pours to a slow but very effervescent bubbling golden body with a decent white head. The aroma is quite floral and biscuity with some artificial grapes and light pale malts. The flavor starts of with floral hops and then morphs into a lightly burnt crusty biscuit. Very biscuity with some honey. Interesting hops. Quite tasty for a Kölsch. The palate is quite effervescent with a creamy tasting head. Drying on the finish. Quite well made.

Pale gold, white head, leaving a white ring and thin layer of bubbles for the duration of the glass. Biscuity aroma accented by grassy and llightly floral hops. Lively effervescence accentuates the light, dry palate. Thirst quenching bitterness that lingers on the palate. Nicley refreshing.

A wonderful subtle yet distinct Munich malt aroma, maybe a touch of Noble hop, golden color, hmmm had right after a jog and it was fantastic, slightly sweet to make it tasty as it entered the palate, the mild hop and medium light body made it thirst quenching. I suppose most brews hit the spot after a hot run, but this one seemed exceptionally appropriate.

Hell yeah, it made the trip from Germany to the US to Japan and still was nice. Clear golden color, honey, buscuity, flowery nose with slight winey notes. Med mouth, dry, fruity and very well balanced. The finish starts sweet, then dry and buscuity. I am back in Cologne!

Bottled. Clear, light golden with a noisy white head. Strong malty and hoppy aroma. Has qualities of a Helles (pale malt breadiness) but also a latent fruitiness. Crisp and refreshing. Very good balance between sweetness and bitterness. A little oily. Dry end. Good Kölsch!

11.2 ounce purchased at the Brick Store Pub. It had a very malty aroma, but the taste was balanced out well with some crisp citrus hops. It was a very drinkable and refreshing beer.

A nice light crispy beer for the enjoyment of summer. Has a nice light malty taste with a sublt bouquet of grass like hops. Great for the summer quencher
