Clear pale yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet honey and hints of grain. Sweet honey flavor with hints of raw wheat.

from the 500ml bottle. poured a yellow, with a medium sized white head that left no lacing. aroma, a mild yeast and malt aroma with some sour citrus and a hint of skunk but not bad. flavor sweet, malt, and hops, a slight bitterness, and the good thing no skunk. this was a very easy to drink before I knew it it was gone.

From 500ml bottle. Pours crystal clear gold, lots of carbonation. Thin white head. Aroma is malt - just mild malt. Flavor is more mild malt, a bit on the sweet side. Some honeylike notes, and a touch of a kind of tannic flavor. No bitterness whatsoever, just a sweet, bready malt. Body is light, bubbly, refreshing. Clean, mildly sweet finish. I began thinking this beer was blah, boring, but it somehow grew on me. Very easy drinking.

Pours a very light yellow brown with a thin white head. Mild malty aroma with just a hint of hops. Watery thin taste on a very lively body.

from a 5 litre party keg, courtsey of my neighbor who’s from the Koln area. This is my first kolsch, so I don’t really have a point of refference. Came out of the keg golden and bubbly, with a solid white head. Mlaty aroma. the flavor was very bready. I seriously thought for a moment that I was drinking rye bread. Interesting but not that enjoyable. I’ll have to see how other kolschs stack up.

"Unsofisticat" hit it right on the head with the Jan 30th post. Bubbly, pale in color and taste. For the price, this was not a good experience. Pretty much a watery brew that can be topped by the standard macro brew. If you like taste, hops, citrus, sweetness, --please forget this one.

Sweet malt aroma with you could find it. Clear amber colour with fair head and lacing. Malt flavour with hops. Fizzy palate.

An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty and hoppy, while the flavor is malty combined with notes of caramel and bisquites, leading to a toffee’ish dry end.
