Flavor of malt, citrus and something that feels like dirt, maybe some earthy yeast. Light body, creamy texture. Decent kolsch.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | May 1, 2005 Very clear (see fingerprints through) pale golden, short-lasting white head. Close to skunky aroma upon opening, but this clears out a leave the way to fresh cut grass and rather fresh hops and hay aromas. All light, all honest pils malt displayed under a quaffable, clean and resh bitterness. Very light bodied, crisp and slightly ricey. Okay stuff, but I’d quickly pass to the next. ojclark (69), Santa Monica, California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 29, 2005 Very clean, slightly grainy aroma. Light yellow/gold color with a thin layer of head and touches of lace. Clean flavor leaning toward sweetness. Aftertaste was a good balance of grain, sweetness, and hops. Restrained carbonation, medium bodied with a very good mouthfeel. Overall, a very light and delicate, easy drinking beer Well balanced and executed. yayforbeer (648), Orange Park, Florida, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 17, 2005 5ooml bottle. Pale yellow with no head. Hoppy aroma. First sip and I’m thinking "not another damn pilsener..’ Tasted like a budweiser that hadn’t been watered down. Second half of the bottle was better. The malts peeked through and the hops settled down. Decent beer but I wouldnt buy it again. OKBeer (1159), Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Apr 17, 2005 Bottle. Pale yellow with a frothy white head. Lightly tart green apple aroma with grainy notes. Fruity and lightly acidic flavours with a light corn-like taste in there as well. Light bodied, very soft and pleasing mouthfeel. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 6, 2005 Uniform, but loose sudsy white head that persisted for some time. Crystal clear golden yellow body with medium carbonation. Fresh grainy and natural buttery malt aroma. Also has a subtle nuttiness, a light floral note of Noble hops, and some green grape character. A touch of apple in the flavor with mild acidity that increases and takes on a lemony quality. Quite dry. Body is light and bubbly. Crisp and refreshing but a bit too bland to hold much interest. Fair beer. Boring style. jefcon (1003), Arlington, Virginia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Apr 5, 2005 Light and golden with little head. Aromas of clove honey, maple and apple. Sour finish with a sharp barley/rice taste. Kind of astringent. This beer was mild throughout.
