Medium white head doesn’t last. Hazy pale yellow body with carbonation. Fruity sugary strawberry-like aroma with mealy grassy notes. Some yeast and herbs, too. Dry-sweetish alcoholic vodka taste with fruity notes. This is what I got initially. I then put the beer aside and finished my lunch, then returned to it. The fruit-vodka character was now mellowed out, and notes of yeast and grass had come in, but it was still not a nice beer. Dried out my mouth. No aftertaste. Just not a good beer. Way too much alcohol taste. (Which, at 5%, takes some doing. Anyway, 0.3l draft at Ratskeller, Leipzig.)

On tap at Hopfenspeicher in Leipzig. Not very zippy, not much foam. Sourish aroma. Tastes sourish and fruity, somehow like a lemon. weak finish. Very strange. Not so good!

Draft - Hazy corn golden body with a huge creamy head, beautiful very fine and elegant lacing; Very special nose, malty, grainy, bubblegum, ripe green fruits; A bit to thick body, slightly malty sweet balanced malty bitter and slightly fruity prickling fresh acidy; Quite long a little salty and acidy dry finish, grain, bubblegum and malty aromas lasting quite long. Good beer but a little to thick and not fresh enough.
