Bottle, danke David. Light neutral nutty aroma. Red, cappucino head. Light body, light roast, a bit fruit. watery finish. Light roast. somewhat forgttable.

Aug 24, 2008 50 cL bottle, trade with kappldav123. Pours dark brown with an orange glare and a lacing tan head. Mild cornish and roasted malt to breadish aroma. Flavour is mild roasted and breadish with a light bitterness showing through. Clean malty and mild roasted. Light roasted and bitter finish.

Oct 11, 2007 Medium beige lasting head. Deep dark red body. Delicate roasty licorice aroma with earthy caramel notes. Dry earthy smoky light burnt taste with grassy papery notes. Dry papery earthy aftertaste. Nice! (0.3l draft at Alte Nikolaischule, Leipzig.)

Dec 13, 2006 Bottle (thanx to EithCubes): Deep amber coloured, but not really "schwarz", slowly diminishing off-white lacing head; drier fruity (dark berries) nose with a tinge of toasted malt and some hops in the background; moderate dry (malty-) bitter flavour, light bodied; moderate bitter-malty-fruity finish with a touch of chocolatey bitterness in the finish. O.K., quite well drinkable.......
