(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear orangey brown with a nice off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt. Medium body with sweet roasted malts and a whiff of cardboard. Dry and lightly bitter finish. 220808

50 cL bottle, trade with kappldav123. Pours dark brown with an orange glare and a lacing tan head. Mild cornish and roasted malt to breadish aroma. Flavour is mild roasted and breadish with a light bitterness showing through. Clean malty and mild roasted. Light roasted and bitter finish.

<b>Bottle 50cl.</b><br />Clear medium red brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (220808)

tastes alright, nice black, quite a lot of hops for a dark beer. but it is just a bit too sweet and sticky to be pleasant

Bottle (thanx to EithCubes): Deep amber coloured, but not really "schwarz", slowly diminishing off-white lacing head; drier fruity (dark berries) nose with a tinge of toasted malt and some hops in the background; moderate dry (malty-) bitter flavour, light bodied; moderate bitter-malty-fruity finish with a touch of chocolatey bitterness in the finish. O.K., quite well drinkable.......
