50 cL bottle, trade with kappldav123. Pours dark brown with an orange glare and a lacing tan head. Mild cornish and roasted malt to breadish aroma. Flavour is mild roasted and breadish with a light bitterness showing through. Clean malty and mild roasted. Light roasted and bitter finish.

Jan 1, 2009 Shared this with oldrtybastrd as many others have also been drank. This is a typical Sschwarzbier, carmel burnt malts and some bready tastes. This is worth a try, but that would be all.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (220808)

Sep 5, 2008 Bottle, shared by yespr. It looks quite decent in the glass, with it’s clear, brown body and a small beige head. I’m not very content with the aroma and flavor though, as there’s cooked vegetables and hints of burnt plastic in both. Else it’s malty, with caramel and a little breadyness. Quite sweet in the mouth, with cooked vegetables in the finish. Medium body. Not very successful, but at least it’s not undrinkable. Mostly boring. (080822)
