Ungstrup (11933), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 20, 2006 A hazy pinkish beer with a disappearing thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of citrus and berries - especially cowberries. The flavor has strong notes of berries, leading to a lightly bitter end. It is very carbonated. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 3, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Clear, reddish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, berry-like aroma. Light body with some berry sweetness and then a rather bitter finish. A very unusual fruit beer. 151206 yespr (8544), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 2, 2008 Updated: Jun 7, 200833 cL clear bottle, thanks to MiP. Pours slight cloudy orange to red with a light pink head, ok so far. Aroma is sodapop sweet and fruity. Vague berry fruity flavour of a classic German lemo, has very little if any beer flavours. Holds a vague bitterness mixed with more of the same berry-lemo-flavour. Refreshing, but also so bland that it becomes bad. joergen (6951), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 17, 2006 Bottle.
Clear orange coloured with a white head.
Aroma of fruits and oranges.
Flavour of oranges, fruits and hops. MiP (6742), Flensburg, Germany Aug 7, 2006 Bottle. Bottle. Metallic, sweetish aroma. Almost clear prune/red/brown colour. Skmall pink head. The flavour is a little sweet with some berry to it. The bitterness also seems to come from the berries which is not so pleasant, a bit harsh and quinine-like.
