Braudog (3463), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Mar 9, 2008 Draft pint at the brewpub. Rosy red with an initially poofy but quickly receding head. I swear there’s a berry aroma and it carries to the first swallow .. and beyond. Interesting interpretation of the style, much sweeter than most, but certainly drinkable. (#3343, 3/8/2008) jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Jun 12, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and amber color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel. Taste is medium malt-caramel, faint hops. OK/mild carbonation. charliehemlock (14), fairfax, Virginia, USA Feb 18, 2007 Average, I had an espresso stout which taste may have overpowered. (watery in comparison) Perhaps a good session beer. starfireming (309), Richmond, Virginia, USA Feb 11, 2007 Good ruddy brown colour, low white head. Malty aroma. Pretty rich thick malt flavour with a little grain. Good plain ale. Kinz (1918), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA Feb 4, 2007 5th Richmond Gathering, on tap at the pub, 2nd stop of the crawl after Legend. Medium amber, slight head. Aroma is a touch of caramel with a faint, undefined bitterness. Flavor matched. Uninspiring, just not that good. But nothing exactly "wrong" here either.
