Feb 25, 2009 (Sample Date: 12/23/2008 Source:Richbrau Brewery) Very light Belgian yeast character in aroma along with a slight fruitiness. Cloudy light golden with orange tint and small white head. Flavor of light fruits, peach, pear, and sugar. Sweet but dries quickly with nice peppery finish. Excellent job.

Jun 12, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and hazy straw color. Aroma is banana, wheat, yeast. Taste is clove upfront, banana, wheat, yeast. OK effervescence.

Jan 31, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Hazy, dark straw with a small white head. Spicy lemongrass nose, some light pepper and wheat. Flavor follows the nose, and adds a mild graininess. OK.

Jul 8, 2006 Bottled. Nice gold color with lemon accents, slight head. Spicy aroma, focus on coriander and white pepper, hint of ash. Flavor is initially coriander, goes into some grain, and then has a bit of citrus on the finish, but still plenty of spice. Not bad at all really.

May 25, 2006 Tap at Richbrau -- Cloudy gold body with a large white head. Yeast aromas, some light fruits. Nice taste, delacate body that is surprisingly complex. Cool ending.

Apr 2, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. Slightly hazy yellow color with thin white head. No lace. Lots of coriander aroma and flavor without much orange. Dry with a nice yeasty note.
