Commercial Description:
Traditionally French/ Belgian farmhouse ales, the saison was brewed to quench the thirst of farmhands. Our version is relatively light in alcohol, unfiltered, fruity and moderately hopped.

(draft) Cloudy golden body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, spicy, pepper, some sourness. Taste is medium sweet, pepper, lemon, finishing with some sourness. Light-medium body with some crispness.
