Slightly malty and rather sweet for a pils. Hops has pronounced bitterness but do not seem to be typical noble varieties. Body is medium/full with full creamy mouthfeel. Aroma is floral, apple, light malt. Taste is floral/metallic hop up front but (not sure what happened here), apple, light malt/corn. Medium body but slick and metallic at mid-taste-OK effervescence. 11/12/2007: On tap at the brewpub. Very clear golden body with a small frothy white head. Cooked corn (DMS) aroma with no hops on the nose. Cooked corn flavor, somewhat vegetal floral hops and a hint of grassy hops. Smooth bitter finish with moderately high carbonation. Needs more late hop additions. 4/2/4/3/7 - 2
