Feb 2, 2008 22oz bottle-pours a dissipating white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is floral, apple, light malt. Taste is floral/metallic hop up front but (not sure what happened here), apple, light malt/corn. Medium body but slick and metallic at mid-taste-OK effervescence. First sip or two I didn’t think taste was as off putting as aroma, then changed my mind.

Nov 12, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. Very clear golden body with a small frothy white head. Cooked corn (DMS) aroma with no hops on the nose. Cooked corn flavor, somewhat vegetal floral hops and a hint of grassy hops. Smooth bitter finish with moderately high carbonation. Needs more late hop additions.
