Jun 14, 2008 on tap-pours a white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is clove, banana, lemon, wheat. Taste is clove, banana, lemon, wheat, nicely balanced. OK effervescence. Easy drinking.

Jul 10, 2007 Sampled at the RBSG ’07 Grand Tasting. Pours a cloudy golden yellow brew with an average white head. Aroma of light wheat, yeast, strong banana esters, and a touch of citrus zest. Taste is medium bodied, dry with some clove and banana in the background. Finish is slightly dry and good balance of yeast and malt. Nice to see the historical Richbrau brand has returned after being lost for over 30 years.

Jul 6, 2007 RBSG 07. This is a solid hefeweizen. The aroma has banana, and more than usual. Flavor has light wheat, citrus, and a little more banana. Well balanced. Proper, cloudy appearance but no visible sediment.
