Flavor is sweet with clove and wheat, malts have a nice cookie character. Bubblegum and lemon. Dies a bit at the end, just doesn’t have quite enough malt. argo0 (6994), Washington DC, USA

It's light and lemony, and I couldn't discern any yeastiness. This was more like a fruit beer to me, with a big sour finish. jeffc666 (1895), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Good wheat malt taste also good yeasty falvors esp. on aftertaste. Surprisingly full-bodied. guzzler67 (1286), Hanover, Maryland, USA

Has all the characteristics of the Bavarian-style hefe's: lots of wheat and a yeast that imparts a good, strong banana and clove aroma and taste. Aftertaste is not quite as smooth as the better known German brands, but still a very good beer. Aubrey (2781), Denver, Colorado, USA

consistency... w/just the right amount of everything. Excellent banana &
clove flavors too! I was impressed... and surprised that they’d brew such a
’big’ Hefe. Fairly strong (you can’t really taste the alcohol - but you can feel it), which is uncommon with Hefeweizens, but who
cares - I loved it. This beer is what I’d call a ’full-bodied’ wheat beer.
