Aroma of fresh, earthy piny hops and sweet lightly toasted caramel malt. Body starts with some mild sweetness drying out more toward an earthier toasty caramel maltiness and thinner bittersweet finish. Pours a clear coppery amber brew with a thick fizzy white head that dissolves with good lacing. Aroma of sour dough bread-like malt, citrus peel with pine, and a touch of herbal spice. Taste is more citrus and pine hops with some apricots in the background. Palate is medium bodied, carbonated and rough in the back of the tongue. Finish is bitter during and even long afterwards. Appearance: good amber , clear look , mid off tanned top. Some lace on sides.3+ Nose: clean , true fresh IPA in west coast style/ Citric – grapefruit with sweet malts.8- Flavor/Palate : Mid full bodied. Full out on high alpha hop , bitter leafy mid with slight metallic feel. Bold , bit one sided with more pronounced with time.
