Jan 31, 2009 Bomber bought at the brewpub. Clear orangey gold with a big off white head. Nose is grainy, lightly toasty, earthy and floral. Rather bitter for the style, floral and earthy, light grain and caramel. Meh.

Nov 17, 2008 22 ounce bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy orange color with a medium head, moderate retention fading into a ring around the edge of the glass and lazy specks of lacing. Aroma is bread, caramel and corn. Taste is toasted malts, bitter hops, bready and caramel. Medium bodied. Fairly nice.

Lightly malty with some earthy hop flavor caramel and light fruitiness. Light body with medium mouthfeel. Finish is dry with touch of residual bitterness.
